What is walam.app?
walam.app is a web platform that automates replies to Facebook Page comments and private messages (PM), helping businesses save time and increase conversions.
How do I connect my Facebook Page?
From the homepage, click Start and log in with Facebook. Then choose your Page and complete your settings.
Does it work for groups or only Pages?
It is built mainly for Facebook Pages. If you need a special scenario (like groups), contact us and we will advise.

Features

How does the Facebook comment auto-reply bot work?
When someone comments on your post, the bot replies automatically and can also send a private message with details like price or product info.
Can I set a different reply for each post?
Yes. You can customize replies per post/campaign to keep responses relevant to the specific offer.
Is private messaging (PM) unlimited?
Most plans support unlimited PM, but Meta/Messenger policies always apply. If you face any limitations, support can guide you to the right setup.
How do I reduce spam comments?
You can configure filters and blocked words to catch spam/links/numbers and keep your comment section clean.
What does Chat Flow do in walam.app?
Chat Flow organizes Messenger conversations with welcome text, buttons, quick replies, keywords, location links, and lead collection fields for each Page separately.
Can I customize each button label and its reply?
Yes. You can define your own button labels, extra options, reply text, keywords, and even choose which buttons appear in the persistent Messenger menu.

Pricing & Plans

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The first 7 days are free and you can start without a credit card.
What are the pricing plans?
The first 7 days are free. After that you can choose monthly / 3-month / yearly plans. See the Pricing section on the homepage for current details.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You can request a refund within 14 days of the payment date according to the refund policy.

Security & Privacy

Do you store my Facebook password?
No. Login is via Facebook Login (OAuth) and we never see or store your password. Access is granted only via permissions/tokens for allowed actions.
How can I revoke access?
You can revoke walam.app from Facebook settings (Apps and Websites or Business Integrations). The bot will stop until you reconnect.
Is walam.app compliant with Meta/Messenger policies?
We use official Meta APIs, but you must follow Messenger policies (such as the 24-hour rule). We can guide you on best practices to avoid restrictions.

Troubleshooting

What should I do if the bot is not replying?
Check: (1) your Page is connected and the token is valid, (2) permissions are granted, (3) the bot is enabled in the dashboard. If the issue continues, contact support.
